been a while, eh? so what have i been up to...

well i went to the airport and got on my flight to sweden

but when we took off a tire blew out, and two hours into the flight some more stuff fell off the plain. so we turned around and came back to SFO.

so the flight took just a little longer than expected

since getting back, haven't been up to too much. we had a nice birthday party the weekend after up in Åsa (annika's dad and uncle and i share a birthday, give or take 24 hours and a few decades, so we had a big party).

the weekend after, annika's friends hester and cindy visited from the netherlands.

otherwise, business as usual i guess. oh, and some time after that we got a new president, it seems. annika took care of the celebratory baking and made inauguration muffins

watched the speech from the couch here in sweden. apparently we weren't the only ones watching from out of town :).
