no joking -- someone was playing the eagles when i walked out on the balcony. i'll be putting all my photos here.

had a nice july 4th in copenhagen with an old friend from highschool, another friend from copenhagen, and an entirely new friend who also happened to be from the bay area. frisbee, sun, beer, food, parks, very relaxed until my last second dash onto the train (which ended up with an hour and a half delay later on, but i digress...)

but i didn't leave denmark empty handed (er, empty backpacked). stopped earlier on in the day at barleywine and grabbed as much as i could carry:

• westvleteren blonde
• lagunitas maximus ipa

not pictured, as they sadly did not survive the trip back without being consumed:

• hoegaarden speciale
• some "hyldeblom" (fläder på svenska, elderberry in english) ale which was half-decent but whose name escapes me
• a large number of various pilsners and lagers

sadly, the maximus has already met its demise
